After more than 20 years in the public relations and marketing fields, at both in-house and agency positions, I’ve joined the ranks of independent consulting in the ever-changing world of communications and media.
While I’ve spent my career perfecting the art of helping others tell their story, I’ve rarely worked on telling my own. So here goes — over the past two decades I’ve promoted products, services, companies and individuals spanning a variety of areas including: travel & hospitality, entertainment, fashion & retail, authors, non-profits and even rock stars and rap artists.
Before venturing out on my own, most recently I was Vice President and General Manager of Vollmer Public Relations’ New York office (now Edelman). In addition to managing operations for the New York office, I developed national media relations and promotional campaigns for many of the firm’s clients including: Texas Tourism, Travelocity, Sabre Holdings, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, New York City Chapter, Riverside Park Fund, ASPCA, and several others.
I’ve been privileged to work with many high-profile clients, but my favorite have always been those small businesses and individuals just looking for their voice and a way to make it heard.
My passion is telling other people’s stories; my approach is making it as simple as possible. I love the challenge of looking at anything in front of me and developing a way to communicate it to the world, in as few words as possible. So if you have a product to sell, a business to promote or a story to tell…I want to help you sell it and tell it…and I look forward to doing so!
